Spam bits
Seaweed sheets

TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST CALIFORNIA ROLL
🌺Make sure your knife is extremely sharp when cutting your sushi roll
🌺Don’t add too many ingredients inside your roll, otherwise it will be too big to roll and cut
🌺Make sure to wet your hands when pressing the rice on the seaweed to prevent stickiness! And wash hands before making your sushi rolls! =)

Cook rice and Transfer the rice to a large bowl and add vinegar.
Stir using a wooden spoon and season with sugar.
Set the rice aside and let cool for about 30 minutes.
Once the rice has been cooled, place a sheet of seaweed on the sushi mat.
Spread a thin layer of rice on top of the seaweed.
In no particular order, place 2 to 3 mango slices lined across the center, then add the cucumber slices and then the spam bits .
Using the mat as a guide, carefully roll the California roll into a tight log.
Cut roll into 6 even pieces using a sharp wet knife.
Repeat with remaining sheets of seaweed and filling🌺🌺

Craving Vietnamese pho and it's a rainy weekend so I decided to home cook this unbelievably Vietnamese soup with Filipino twist.
Ingredients 👩🍳
1 ginger sliced 3 gloves garlic Chili freshly cut
Soysauce
Cinnamon powder
Pepper
Salt
T\ofu cut thinly and fried Chicken nuggets fried and cut to pieces
5 cups water
Fresh spinach Sprouts
Thin Noodles
Make the broth Add oil in a pan Stir garlic, ginger and chili
Add 5cups water Boil for 15min Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and soysauce
Boil for another 5 minutes
Transfer the broth to bowl with a strainer to just separate the spices from the soup
Boil again the broth up to 5 minutes, add the sprout and boil for another 15 min, add the noodles and boil for another 10 While boiling the broth.
Fry the tofu until cooked I added nuggets for side dish
Add chili hot sauce and fresh spinach

Ingredients:
Rice paper
Carrots
Cucumbers
Lettuce
Crab sticks
For the sauce:
Pepper
Salt
Soy sauce
Sesame seed

Preparation
Chop all vegetables to 2-inch length
Working one at a time, soak a sheet of rice paper in a shallow dish of warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.
Lay softened sheet gently on a flat surface, then mound vegetables, crab ( steamed) and lettuce in the center of sheet.
Gently fold bottom and top of rice paper to cover filling and then roll up like a burrito. Repeat with remaining rice paper and fillings.
To serve, mix soysauce, seseme seed,pepper, pinch of salt and peanut butter ingredients in a small bowl and serve with spring rolls.

Preparation
1. Season chicken with salt ,flour and pepper.
2. FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE: Combine ginger powder ,brown sugar, soysauce ,honey and garic and water in a saucepn .Simmer for 5 minutes. To thicken the sauce, add dissolved cornstarch. Cook for 10 minutes or until thick.
3. Toss chicken into the sauce. Top with chili pepper .Serve. with rice
