prep
boil potatoes for about 10minutes
peel and roll on flour
flour should be flavored with pepper ,salt
add grated cheese

transfer to a microwavable pan

Eggs
garlic
onion
spinach
potato

butter or olive oil

1.Whisk all ingredients into a bowl
2. In frying pan-Fry the potato bits until crispy.set aside
3. combine potatoes with all the ingredients
4. Heat butter or olive oil
5. Fry in low medium heat

Wrapped each bean ( 3 pcs to 4) to the bacon

It is filled with ground pork, carrots, and green onions. Golden, crunchy, and in fun bite-size,! DIPPING SAUCES TO USE Lumpiang shanghai can be eaten with different kinds of dipping sauces. It’s a finger food appetizer, which is the best kind of food to dip. However, my personal favorite is to dip it in a sweet chili sauce. I use a bottled variety that you can find at the Asian section of the supermarket. Others may opt to simply use ketchup or even sweet and sour sauce.

Milk of your choice

Preparation:
Cook tapioca pearls ( 15 minutes)
Get a mug:)
Add tapioca pearls, Add the fruit cocktails
Pour with your favorite milk

Homemade sushi is made easy at home! This classic California Roll is rolled with spam, cucumbers, mango and  rice to make it healthier! The Easiest California Roll

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE THIS HOMEMADE CALIFORNIA ROLL Water Jasmin Rice or Short Grain Rice

White  vinegar

Sugar Cucumber

Mango

Spam bits

Seaweed sheets

Soy sauce Lemon

TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST CALIFORNIA ROLL

🌺Make sure your knife is extremely sharp when cutting your sushi roll

🌺Don’t add too many ingredients inside your roll, otherwise it will be too big to roll and cut

🌺Make sure to wet your hands when pressing the rice on the seaweed to prevent stickiness! And wash hands before making your sushi rolls! =)

 

Instructions🌺🌺🍣🥢

Cook rice and  Transfer the rice to a large bowl and add vinegar.

Stir using a wooden spoon and season with sugar.

Set the rice aside and let cool for about 30 minutes.

Once the rice has been cooled, place a sheet of seaweed on the sushi mat.

Spread a thin layer of rice on top of the seaweed.

In no particular order, place 2 to 3 mango slices lined across the center, then add the cucumber slices and then the spam bits .

Using the mat as a guide, carefully roll the California roll into a tight log.

Cut roll into 6 even pieces using a sharp wet knife.

Repeat with remaining sheets of seaweed and filling🌺🌺

 

Sauce: Add lemon to the soy sauce Add wasabi

Vietnamese Pho Pinoy Style🍜

Craving Vietnamese pho and it's a rainy weekend so I decided to home cook this unbelievably Vietnamese soup with Filipino twist.

 

Ingredients 👩‍🍳

1 ginger sliced 3 gloves garlic Chili freshly cut

Soysauce

Cinnamon powder

Pepper

Salt

T\ofu cut thinly and fried Chicken nuggets fried and cut to pieces

5 cups water

Fresh spinach Sprouts

Thin Noodles

 

Make the broth Add oil in a pan Stir garlic, ginger and chili

Add 5cups water Boil for 15min Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and soysauce

Boil for another 5 minutes

Transfer the broth to  bowl with a strainer to just separate the spices from the soup

Boil again the broth up to 5 minutes, add the sprout and boil for another 15 min, add the noodles and boil for another 10 While boiling the broth.

Fry the tofu until cooked I added nuggets for side dish

Add chili hot sauce and fresh spinach

Enjoy this comfort food for a rainy weekend 🍜

Crab Spring Roll

Crab Spring Roll Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Rice paper

Carrots

Cucumbers

Lettuce

Crab sticks

 

For the sauce:

Pepper

Salt

Soy sauce

Sesame seed

Peanut butter

 

Preparation

 

Chop all vegetables to 2-inch length

Working one at a time, soak a sheet of rice paper in a shallow dish of warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.

Lay softened sheet gently on a flat surface, then mound vegetables, crab ( steamed) and lettuce  in the center of sheet.

Gently fold bottom and top of rice paper to cover filling and then roll up like a burrito. Repeat with remaining rice paper and fillings.

  •  

To serve, mix soysauce, seseme seed,pepper, pinch of salt and peanut butter ingredients in a small bowl and serve with spring rolls.

Chicken Teriyaki Pinoy Easy Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken cut into cubes or small portion
flour
brown sugar
salt pepper
garlic cut into small pcs
honey
soy sauce
gincer piwder
water
cornstarch

Preparation
1. Season chicken with salt ,flour and pepper.
2. FOR TERIYAKI SAUCE: Combine ginger powder ,brown sugar, soysauce ,honey and garic and water in a saucepn .Simmer for 5 minutes. To thicken the sauce, add dissolved cornstarch. Cook for 10 minutes or until thick.
3. Toss chicken into the sauce. Top with chili pepper .Serve. with rice

This simple pasta with spinach sauce is fast, easy and delicious. It’s ready in less than 15 minutes and makes a weeknight meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients
Pasta
Cheese
Shrimp
Chicken strips
spinach
Milk

Preparation
Blend spinach and milk
Cook pasta as usual

Sauté
garlic, onion and olive oil
add chicken strips and shrimp(cooked)

add the blended spinach add cheese
boil
until creamy
add milk and cheese

Use cooking oil that is good for the heart

Allow to heat the oil for about 3minutes

fry the chicken until golden brown

I love this flavor as i love garlic and onion together:) Best for lunch or dinner
