Café Roma

We had a wonderful lunch here and the whole experience was great. Experience Rome while dining here. The scenic view! is is so wonderful. This European-inspired Cafe is located inside Goshen Resort in Tarlac. 
They have Breakfast, Lunch,, and Dinner menus. Group meals are also recommended.
They offer cakes and pastries, frappes, juices,, and coffee. They also book a private event on their second floor.
Our experience here is fantastic, not a crowded place! Just a fantastic view while sipping coffee and eating brunch.
